These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 2777de ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://2777de.com and all related services, products, games, and features offered through that website (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the 2777de website, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform — whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. • Bonus Wallet Separation: Bonus credits are held in a separate bonus balance. They do not form part of your withdrawable real-money balance until the relevant wagering requirements have been completed in full.

As a registered player on the 2777de platform, you agree to use the services in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another individual.
• Registering or operating more than one player account on the 2777de platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or in any game. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through your banking provider in bad faith after completing real-money gameplay. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the 2777de platform infrastructure, servers, or databases.
• Using abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 2777de support staff or other players.

2777de employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If a player is found to have engaged in any of the activities listed above, 2777de may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, take one or more of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void any pending bets, bonus balances, or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct; retain any deposits where permitted by law pending investigation; and/or report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities.

Either party — the player or 2777de — may initiate account closure. The process and implications differ depending on whether closure is initiated voluntarily by the player or by 2777de as an enforcement action.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your 2777de account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC verification requirements. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closures: If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — the closure will be processed with priority and the cooling-off or self-exclusion period will be applied immediately. Closure or Suspension by 2777de: 2777de reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement mandating account restriction.
• Platform-wide decision to cease operating in a particular market or jurisdiction.

In cases of enforcement-driven closure, the disposition of any funds held in the account will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and the specifics of the breach involved. 2777de will not be liable for losses incurred by a player as a result of an account suspension or closure where that action was taken in response to a breach of these Terms by the player.

The 2777de platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 2777de makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, security, and accurate game outcomes, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2777de expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from temporary platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity issues, or third-party service failures (including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay processing delays).
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligibility to receive winnings due to a breach of account rules.
• Losses arising from a player's own gambling decisions. Gambling involves financial risk and 2777de is not responsible for individual gambling outcomes.

Where 2777de is found liable for a specific loss, the maximum aggregate liability of 2777de to a player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
